1) I am not sure what issue you are referring to?

Have you any solution regarding Crystal Report for 64 bit windows server 2012 r2?

2) CR 10.5, also known as Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008 ( a bundle for VS 2008) does not support WIN 2012 Server. See the wiki Crystal Reports v. 9.1 to CRVS2010 Runtime Distribution & Supported Operating for details of which OS is supported by which OS.

The Crystal Reports application is 32-bit - even the latest versions which should still run on Windows Server 2012 r2 so you still have to use the 32-bit database drivers.

However, I suspect that you're accessing your reports through an application, is that correct?  If so, is it a an application that has been developed by your company or is it from a third-party?  If it's third-party, you'll have to contact the application provider.  If it's an app you've developed, is it a .NET app or a Java app?  There are 64-bit versions of the SDK available that will work with 64-bit data sources.  If it's .NET, you would need VS 2010 or newer and then Crystal for Visual Studio SP10 which you can find that here:  http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 - download the "Install Executable" for integration with Visual Studio; the other downloads are runtimes for various installation scenarios.
