locks in wib

Hi,

I have an BPS application in WIB with 3 tabs. Each tabs correspond to a group of cost element :

- Salaries

- Energy

- Financial costs

I would be possible for two users to access two tabs in the same time.

But we noticed that when user1 is opening the WIB, go to tab1 and tab2 without changing anything, the system cumulates locks (data from tab1 and tab2). So it's impossible for user2 to access tab1 until user1 left the application.

Is this the standard way of BPS working ?
