Simple iFlow/RFC Tutorial (SAP PI 7.31 single stack)

I can't find a simple tutorial for using iFlow in SAP PI 7.31 to simply post to an RFC and write the response to file. Does anybody know of one?

This is very general but thanks. I've successfully created iFlows. I just can't find specific on RFC response.

hi,

just create first iFlow normally. Use the requestresponsebean and provide the receiver comm channel for response.

the second iFlow is a dummy one which doesn't need any service interfaces or mapping etc.. dummy sender channel, dummy OB SI, dummy IB SI, and receiver channel should be same as the one mentioned in bean configuration.

I dont have tutorial but i can give you suggestion on this. Unlike old versions where we just need to create a rcv file channel to write response when using request response bean, you have to create a new iFlow to handle the response. below is the reference link.

Thanks. This was my intuition. I have already created a separate iflow but I can't select the interface with the RFC response in my business component. Not sure why.
