Questionnare link not sending to vendor

Hi,

Vendor can able to register successfully. After that vendor receives mail of successful registration along with that the Questionnaire attachment or link should be sent..???

But the link is not sending in the mail of vendor??

I have assigned the product category (*) to Questionnaire in settings? But still i didn't get any thing.

Kindly advice me on the same.

Bro is this for SLC or ROS ?
