Procedure to create new Z tcode for ChaRm in SAP Solution Manager

I need to create new Z tcode, which will be having simple 3 action. created...in process...completed. What i need to do(For Example: 1.ststua profile, 2. Action defination...etc). Please advise for procedure, and steps for creation of new tcode.

Hi Zainul,

It is not tcode but Transaction Type in CRM/Solman like Document type in ERP which you need to configure.

You can goto solman_setup and choose the ITSM wizard where you have the option to create ZMCR or YMCR transaction type
