Red error: InfoObject REQUESTER does not contain alpa-conforming value 1

When I load 2LIS_02_SCL, get some lines of red errors. One of them is "Record 1133 :InfoObject REQUESTER does not contain alpa-conforming value 1".

How to have the above red error resolved?

hi Kevin,

try to go to transfer rules of 2LIS_02_SCL, and check for last column 'conversion' for REQUESTER, is it marked ? if not, then mark it and re-activate transfer rules again.
