Hi Experts,
I created a course content by LSOAE, and tred to pre-play it ,but met "HTTP Status 500" like following.

I suppose you use LSOAE 604 SP14.
We had the same problem with this version.
Solution for us is using SP13.

I would like to share that we had the same problem and downgrading to SP13 worked for us too.

Can you please check if you have maintained the CMS address for playing course. If not, Kindly
maintain it and select a default strategy under learning strategies using the SPRO settings and check.

Firstly thank you for your reply.
Now I just create a course content by local PC, and tried to preview the content, so i think it doesn't need to link the CMS address. The content was published on local for preview, the following address like below.
http://127.0.0.1:53887/lms/mediator/courseview?sid=0&language=en
So I am not sure that more something need to configure in locally,
