Service Entry sheet created with 0 (zero) value

Hello Experts,

We are looking at an issue where SES got created in Production system with 0 value (Net Value Incl. Tax = 0 and Total Value = 0)

This entry was also released (in Green status) now

When we try to 'cancel Release' this entry in ML81N, we get the below error -

Entry sheet with value 0 cannot be accepted

Message no. SE541

Also, I am not able to recreate this issue in test system

Can you please suggest what can be done to reverse the entry?
