Category at Survey, Visits Workcenter

Dear Experts,

While creating survey category is mandatory in cloud for customer. Where can i define the category?. I have done the scoping for Visits but am not finding the workcenter Visits in user Administrator. Kindly share the config details.

Hi Shankarappa,

Please see the image below adding a Survey Category. Also you should find COD_VISIT_WCF work center in Business role assignments if you added visits to the Scope.

Thanks, i have found the path for survey category creation. But still i didn't find the Visit work center(COD_VISIT_WCF) in Role Assignments. Could you share more details about Visits?

Did you find Visit work center in Business role. Now in 1408 we are also facing same issue.

Was it happening in 1408 or 1405 earlier for you.

It was not showing, after that have done the proper scoping. Now its coming and working perfectly.

Thank you we figured it out. We need to go to Activity "Merge changes with Production" and click on Merge the changes and the Visits is in Scope now and after that we had no issues seeing the concerned WoC in Business role.
