Blank screen on Standalone ITSmobile 6.20

Hi,

We have setup latest ITSmobile 6.20 with SAP R/3 4.7. We can see demo itsmobile apps running fine.

However, when we published our abap transaction (simple app with few text fields and buttons) we got a blank screen. How can we debug this problem?

We were following SAP documentation for publishing transaction and other resources we found on SCN. We need to be able to see app on mobile rf devices but at the moment we are testing in the browser. We can see service being publish on IACOR and we can see in apache logs thet requested app is being served but we get the blank screen. Source code of the blank screen seems to be different from the source code of the generated template.

Best regards,

Sasha

I also noticed that if I call our example transaction from url by transaction name in stead of service name it displays transaction like in webgui.

Why is internet service name not recognized?

    • Hi Oisin,

I did restart ITS instance, it did not change. This works fine on Internet Explorer on device.

The only way for me to see the code is to run it on desktop:

      - html

      - javascript

This works without errors on desktop browsers too. I do not see flow in this html/javsscript code, this must be something related only to pocketbrowser, though pocketbrowser uses microsoft JScript engine I guess same one as Internet Explorer on device.

      Regards,

      Sasha
