Dynamic Metadata

I've been reading "Implementing a Metadata Extension for KMC Properties" https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/645d4357-0701-0010-07bd-a2ea8c4d0aaf by Thilo Brandt.

I'm trying to download the sample code referenced in that article (SimpleDynamicValues (com.sap.km.ui.provider.SimpleDynamicValues.zip)), but the link is broken.

Does anyone have that file to send it to me?
