Unable to create an Appraisal Template

Hi,       I am trying to create an Appraisal Template but getting error. Can anyone help me on this.

Hello Lakshman

You have  created a category group and a category but not chosen OBJ0"column.

Therefore error coming, go to your category "" level and in the second tab choose the columns you need in the sequential manner you need. i.e from right box to left box.

Then you will be able to choose your columns at template level .

I guess,you have selected the OBJ0 column here but question is did it got saved or not. Generally ,the settings don't get saved here because of the wrong combination of status combination or columns chosen.Please check once.

Hello Lakshman

The error screen shot suggests the wrong combination of Ststus's assigned to template .

The template should come from Ïn Preparation"to Ïn Planning" first then only it can move to In Process,also that comes with a restriction of columns which can be assigned and the the participants who all are taking part in process.

(May be you can share the exact process flow of document how you need i.e moves from one step to other and based on that we can suggest for your status combination.)

Hi,

You already created template but its not allowing you to save the template because you have to do configaration.

without create columns system will not allow you to save the template. (OBJO, FAPP,PAPP are mendatory for objective settings. and also you need to have proper status (status flow config ).

use transaction OOHAP_BASIC to do the column config.

you need to include all into you category leave. T-code OOHAP_CATEGORY

Your using Category Group -"Personnel Appraisa" and under that you have created Category - "New Category"

So all your columns have to be assigned under category "new Category" via t-code oohap_category.

In your screen shot ..I could see there are no columns available in your template.
