Error Is coming while doing GRN" Serial number management only allows whole numbers"

in our case, GRN is doing through IDOC, Inboun delivery is happening but, during post goods recipt error is coimg like above mentioned,

i have checked, as per ( ),

we have no, decimal places in qty, we have no alternate unit of measurement for material, serial number profile is activated and properly maintained for material

please let me know what could be the error.
