drop down problem

Hi experts,

I am unable to get all records into drop down list using web services.

Issue:

when i input the country i should get all the states. in remote function module i have created a internal table to store states and i am getting all the records in this but in adobe form it is populating only the first record.

please do need full. Help will be appreciated and awarded the point.
