Custom Field Addition in FB02/Fb03

Hi,

My requirement is to add custom field in Transaction FB02/FB03 & to update that custom field from table T001Z field PAVAL (parameter Value)

based on bukrs that we enter on screen of FB03. But i am not able to add the field so please suggest me the appropriate solution for the same asap.
