SAPphone: Strange behaviour

Hello!

We use SAPGUI 6.40 and the SAPphone user interface as CTI application with SPC (spcontroll.dll) and TAPI to display incoming calls. The usage of SPC and TAPI means that

(1) the information in the SAPphone-popup is refreshed and

(2) the SAPphone-popup comes to the front

whenever the state of your telephone changes. This behavior is quite strange to the user.

Is there a possibility to change the behavior such that the SAPphone-popup comes to the front if and only if an incoming call arrives? I think it is a problem of the spcontroll.dll delivered with the SAPGUI.
