Unable to lunch Repository in SAp PI

Hi Expert,

I am getting an issue,when i want to enter in ESR or ID,automatically download a file ie:"repository.jnlp".when i run this application its shows some message like"unable to lunch application" Following screen is appear.I am using PI 7.1.Kindly help me what to do.Thanks in advanced.
