Issue on Creating new inquiry

Hi,

i got a requirement that to create new inquiries for below scenarios is there in SAP IDES,

Inquiry categories : Budgetary,

Tender : with negotiation possibility

Tender : No Negotiation

Generated Firm Inquiry

Firm requirement (For products/ spares)
