Goods receipt on behalf (WS10400020?)

Hello all,

I try to set up the shop-on-behalf function in the way that same user can both create a shopping cart on behalf and also goods receipt the SC on behalf. I think there is a workflow I have to activate so I can goods receipt on behalf.

To create a shopping cart on behalf is activated but to goods receipt on behalf is not activated. There is a workflow - Approval of GR by Admin (WS10400020)but I am not sure it is this one.

Is there anybody who knows anything about this?

Thanks,

Marcus Lundgren

Marcus,

The 'REQUESTER' attribute defines the users available for "Shop on Behalf" and recipient (user for GR).

The same attribute is used for both.

There is no <i>"goods receipt on behalf"</i>, but you have the 'Central reception' where a user can make the GR for all his company.

NB: You have BADIs in the system to implement your own rules for these functions (who sees who, who sees what).

Vadim,

Thanks a lot.

I know there is no functionality called GR on behalf but it is the activity I try to set up. Where can I find "Central Reception", is it a role or an attribute?

Do you know what BADI it is? Are you familiar with workflow WS10400020?

Hi,

It is a transaction included in several roles (I one is called SAP_...CENTRAL_RECEIVER.., if not try the assistant role).

For the BADIS there are several.

For SOB and RECIPIENT, look in the search Help BADI, you'll find 2 methods.

For the documents the user can see in the GR transaction, look at the "list BADI".

WS10400020: Sorry I don't have access to any system right now.

Vadim,

Thanks for you help.

I have tried all different and possible roles I can imagine but I will check up the BADIs. But I am still afraid I have to start a WF for it. When I try to GR with same user who created the SC (shop on behalf) it failures. It gives me a WF error message.

WS10400020 is Approval of GR by Admin.

Vadim,

I have tried both to add BADIs suitable roles but it still does not work.

There is no central receiver which I thought.

This activity should be possible to use. I still think it is a WF that has to be kicked.

Marcus
