System status - Some services are not started

Hello All,

In the last couple of days, I have been working with the SAP PAL library. I followed the pre requisites and one video suggested to initiate the scriptserver by setting the state to "1" in demon.ini which I did. But now, when I restart the instance I am facing problems with the system showing the status "Some services are not started" !!

The current state looks like this. I tried to set it to normal state and still the status shows the same.

This problem is definitely not related to the IP in the hosts file. I am kind of stuck here.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
