What to know from a BI consultant is in leave for a long time

Would be very much thankful, if someone can tell me in details, what exactly to know from the BI consultant in team of BI and BO, where the work of BI consultant is assigned to the BO Consultant on behalf of BI consultant for some days if the BI consultant is in leave for a long time
