i have to navigate from one table control to another only if the some rows are selected

I have a requirement where I have a main screen and a tabstrip in that main screen with two tabs . I have separate sub screen area for the two tabs and each sub screen has a table control.

now my requirement is that I have data in my first table control and only if I select some rows from this table control then only it should allow me to navigate to second tab of the tabstrip which also have a table control .

now particular data from the selected row of table control(first) should be displayed in the second table control.

can any body suggest me a solution for this its urgent.😕
