Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2015

Hi Experts,

We are having few maintenance plan with Cycle Unit 48WK

Actually the requirement is PM orders needs to be generate in advance through scheduling.

I have done scheduling through IP10 for few maintenance plan and order has been generated for fiscal year 2014 , 2015 , 2016 in advance

But for some of the maintenance plan , system gives msg like : " Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2015 "

For example : Maintenance plan X and Y both are same along with Cycle Unit

Scheduling has been done successfully for X but said error coming in Y

Please advise the solution

Hi Abhishek,

As Peter mentioned, you should consult your finance team, as they will be able to define fiscal year 2015 and beyond, but if you are to do it yourself, then you can enter Tcode OKEV, highlight Version 0 and double click sub-folder "Settings for Each Fiscal Year", select "New Entries", define Fiscal year 2015 and Save.

Hello Abhishek,

You can add year 2015 for version 0 through transaction: OKEQ or OKEV

Goto OKEQ/OKEV Select 0 version and click on setting for each fiscal year and enter 2015 for your particular controlling area.

You can add for next few years now it self there is no harm in this.

Also you can copy create the entry for 2015 from last year entries.

Have  a look into IP10 and IP24 for the plan for which you are getting the error.

Check if orders have been generated or calls shceduled:On Hold after you have finished the scheduling.

I have checked already , Order only generated for fiscal year 2014

in IP10 system status showing Scheduled  Hold for fiscal year 2015 and for forward year

Talk to you Finance Team who should be able to set-up the required financial master data for 2015.

This shouldn't stop the orders being created from the plan.

Orders are already generated for so many maintenance plan for fiscal year 2014 , 2015 , 2016

But some of the maintenance plan couldn't able to status release and then save , while click on save system gives msg ' Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2015'
