Creation of 'Action types' not being displayed!

Hello There !!

I am creating 'action types' ... for instance...
1) Hiring

2) Promotion

3) Separation

but after creation apart from Hiring ...none of the other ACT Types feature in the list in PA40...

I have followed the usual process of ....

1) SPRO>Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Customizing Procedures>Actions>Define Info groups
2) User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups... Filled in all the relevant data...
3) Info group [Assigned the relevant IT's and its operations]
4) Set up personnel actions > Personnel Action Types

Apart from that are there any steps that should be configured ...Hiring was configured in the similar manner ... but I tried for Termination..promotion...none are being displayed....

& Its ..... IN Payroll
