Route is not copied to Outbound delivery order

Hi All

Route in outbound delivery of ERP is not getting reflected in EWM ODO. I have done below settings in IMG.

Extended Warehouse Management --> Goods Issue Process --> Outbound Delivery --> Route Determination --> Activate or Deactivate Route Determination

DOC TYPE - OUTB

RD/RC Status - 2

RD Sequence - Standard logic

RD ERP - No determination if Route origin is in ERP

Extended Warehouse Management --> Interfaces --> ERP Integration --> Delivery Processing --> Map Routes and Route Schedule from ERP System to EWM

Mapping Route - 2

SCM Basis --> Routing Guide --> General Settings for Route Determination

standard setting

Please help where I missed.

Hi Sasidhar,

The settings seems fine. Kindly check the following settings also:

Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Outbound Delivery -> Route Determination -> Define Scheduling Within Route Determination

In here select the relevant doc type and go to node Date/Time Types. If it asks for work area info, enter the EWM client and details. Check if the following two entry exists: TDELIVERY, TOUTYARD.

Do check under SCM Basis menu if the routing guide is configured.

Also do give it a try with 'Route determination if Route Origin is in ERP'

Thanks for your reply. May I know the transporation planning type you were using? I am using "B Transportation planning in EWM".

I did as you said above, but it is still not working.

No need to configure

Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Outbound Delivery -> Route Determination -> Define Scheduling Within Route Determination

The correct settings are as I mentioned above with below correction.

Extended Warehouse Management --> Interfaces --> ERP Integration --> Delivery Processing --> Map Routes and Route Schedule from ERP System to EWM

Hi Sasidhar,

May I ask you a question? I am trying to configured the TCD function in EWM, I got a very basic question here. Hope you can help on it.

scenarios is from plant A to customer A via plant B, the plant B is cross-docking plant. I set up two direct route:

1.   A->B: Plant A to Plant B

2.   B-CusA: Plant B to Customer A

And a cross-docking route: A-B-cusA which include above 2 routes. and marked as CD route in EWM.

my question is when I should do the route determination? do I need to do it in ERP, like have the same route A->B and B->CusA in ERP, and allow it copy to ODO in EWM?  or I should ignore hte ERP route and just do the EWM route determination?

Can you also list the required configuration for TCD if possible?
