Cannot obtain an appropriate JDBC type for class char.

The above error while deploying...The full error is below. The only datatypes used are: integer, timestamp,string, decimal and date (so no char). Can anybody help?

Caught exception during application deployment from SAP J2EE Engine's deploy service:

    Hi Ashley,

    And yet, apparently you have a cmp-field with type char in one of your CMP entity beans. This is not supported. Please refer to the Object/Relational" target="_blank">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/13/dbb2b66146934a9662918755038ea1/frameset.htm">Object/Relational Mapping Rules and especially to the first bullet under the table.
