Approve/Reject in BPF

Hi,

We have setup BPF for budgeting. It has four activities as follows.

1. Strart (Owner)

2. Input & Review (Planner & Reviewer)

3. Approve (Manager)

4. Finalize (Owner)

Now we have issue at 3rd step where Manager cannot Reject. He has only SUBMIT button available in the workspace. Only Reviewer can Approve & Reject (at step 2). But we need to enable Reject option for Manager as sometimes he might need to Reject.

Please let me know where can I do the settings. Thanks in advance.
