Change from Full to delta for standard extractor 0CO_OM_OPA_1

Hello,

I realized that standard extractor 0CO_OM_OPA_1 (Orders : cost and allocations) does not support delta extraction. We have a lot of data and cant upload 10-20 mln records every day.

I had an idea to create custom extractor. Is it really a hard task for this extractor? Can somebody recommend any other solution?
