SAP Content Server 6.5 - 'AppPool ContentServer' terminated unexpectedly

Hi Admins,

I installed on my Windows Server 2012r2 the Content Server 6.5 with MaxDB 7.8.

When I set a new Password for SAPR3 (Note: 1983930) the WAS-Services terminate with this error message:
"A process serving application pool 'AppPool_ContentServer' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '2724'. The process exit code was '0xc0000374'."

Can you tell me how to solve this Problem?
