Rescheduling Maintenance Plan by using IP10, call object is not called

When I restart a PM plan, the call date of first due call oject was today, I expected it would be called, but it is not. I runned IP10 again, and got the same result.

The information about my plan is as following:

cycle :3 DAY

call horizon: 67

restart date: 2014/6/22

Someone who can explain this?
