Error when unlock device from Afaria 7 SP 4

Hi

I'm not able to unlock Windows Mobile Professional 6.5 from Afaria and getting an error:

The Server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .Net Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.


Is there any solution?

Hi

Does this happens with all Windows Mobile Professional devices or just this one?

Are you able to turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults, so that additional information can be seen?

Also, please can you indicate which version of Afaria and any Service Packs/Hot Fixes you are running, then we can check about any known/fixed issues related to this.
