Direct E-mail / email blast not getting received

Hi Team,

I've tried to send direct e-mails in campaigns or e-mail blasts to target group. After execution, its showing that e-mails are sent. Buth nothing is received to inbox/junk folders. From fine-tune, if I'm sending test e-mails, they are getting received.

    Hello Rahul,

    please have a look to the current User Guide on page 75. There you can find all necessary steps to create direct e-mail campaigns.

    And the necessary information for the e-mail templates you find in the current Administrator Guide on page 315.

      Hi Rahul,

      I can see that the mails being sent are with sender address “a.vardhan@acce..."

      You should check if correct configurations are maintained in the following paths:

      => Business Configuration => E-mail and Fax Settings => Allowed Send E-mail Domains

      => Business Configuration => E-mail and Fax Settings => Read Documentation for Activation of Mass E-mail

      => Business Configuration => E-mail and Fax Settings => Activation of Mass E-mail
