Hi all ,
We are currently using SAP EHP6.0 with HR Renewal 1.0 , and we are using the addon MSS portal role which contains the Nakisa addon as a free installation , the issue is simply that when we switch to another language - Arabic - all letters are coming mirrored and is not the right order , I have checked the backend configuration tables for organization visualization and the translation there is coming right and perfect but when replicating them into portal the issue happen .
any solution for this ?
In the MSS homepage, we have delivered theTeam Hierarchical view. However, the hierarchy view is not displayed for RTL ( Right to left languages ) like Hebrew , Arabic etc. Instead a table based display is shown. Same is the case when the detailed team view link is created. This is working as designed as the RTL languages is not supported for the Team Hierarchy view. The Product Availability Matrix clearly describes this limitation. The RTL is supported for Nakisa Hierarchy application. However, the customers would need to configure the WD application "HIER_VIS_UI_WRAPPER" and add it to the role.

Thanks Siddharth for your reply ,,,
what I have understand from your reply that it is possible to solve the current issue by configuration of WD application '' HIER_VIS_UI_WRAPPER'' . am I correct ?
in this case could you help me to understand what do you mean by configuration of the mentioned WD , please ...
also I need to highlight something that when I open backend on my native language ( Arabic ) and open the node '' Organizational chart Visualization ''_'' Configure Organizational Chart Visualization '' I can see all the descriptions and abbreviations in Arabic coming in the right order , so I think the issue is with rendering , fetching somehow of the back end descriptions is not right .
Hello Experts,
I need your opening of Nakisa Addons.
I am working on Govt Client, and here is ECC 6.0 EHP6, as per the writen by Mr.Ahmed Nakisa addon as a free installation.
Following query
01. Nakisa Addon is free
02. Nakisa Addon is required any lisence and for the lisnce having the cost.
If totally free, then how to install and what is the configuration steps which is suggested by Mr.Siddharth
My client also want the same for OM Reporting.
Regards,
Santsoh Shivane
NAKISA addon is not a free of cost application. Client should have license for this.
In ECC EHP5/6 you have the option to enable some NAKISA free applications related to orgchart.
For this you have to install the addon EMBORGCH.
Read more at below document for getting this functionality.
Note 1433225 - Organizational Chart Visualization in Manager Self-Services
Just to clarify above, In MSS add on for oragnisational chart Nakisa is indeed free of cost, We have explained this in Note 1433225 - Organizational Chart Visualization in Manager Self-Services The Embedded OrgChart component has been created in collaboration with our partner Nakisa. However, it is available free of charge to customerswho have already licensed MSS. The embedded org chart is fully integrated in the MSS services and relies neither on any separate installations of Nakisa software, nor on additional licenses. The data source resides in the SAP backend data structures and is the same one as for the classical table-based screens in the MSS services, which can still be used of course. The Embedded OrgChart compone is limited in functionality, only intended for navigation purposes, only for MSS users, and it is not equal in scope with the corporate org chart solution in SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa and SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa. if you are using standard customization then it should be loaded automatically if you assign the correct roles for steps refer here http://scn.sap.com/thread/3303561 http://scn.sap.com/thread/3307356
Place the screen shot for more clear of the issue ...
