Does anybody knows if I can config in a standar way in CRM let the agent can leave a reason when Approve/Reject a WF in CRM.
I've configured in SWDD, and is working perfectly if I approve or reject from SBWP.
But in CRM is not asking me for the reason (which is mandatory) after I approve or reject the workitem.
Ive configured SWU3, and I haven't found any place where I could set up this.
Right now I am using this standar task.
Any suggest will be very helpful.
