Wrong Persons Adding in Activites for Contact Persons in Mobile Sales

Hi ALL,

We are assigning Contact Persons to the Business Partner.

We are assigning activities for the contact persons.

But the Contact Persons for the activity are always getting changed.

Sometimes wrong contact persons are getting added and some times the main contact person is getting changed .

Any one has idea why this is happening

    Hi Zack,

This would be due to the partner determination procedure that has been assigned to your activity transaction.

    Cheers

      Hi Andrew,

      Thanks for the reply.

I went to customizing part of Partner Functions and I set the Block Flag for the partner function Contact.

Even then I am having problem with wrong contact persons adding for the activity

You want me to chnage the partner determination procedure for business Activites

Now the access sequence for the Contact person is

      Preeceding Document-->Business Partner Relationships:Activity Parnter

Can you help me from this critical issue I am facing.

After i have done the changes in partner functions i have down loaded the objects CRM_DNL_PAR*.Is this object enough or do I need to down load any other objects

      Thanks in Advance

    Hi Zack,

Either their is a problem with the master data or config set-up.

The block flag just means it can use itself (i.e. the source being the activity partner).

If you still can't get it to work, create an OSS message.

    Cheers

    Andrew
