Hi,

Actually when i am importing some PLDs through Quick copy,i got the error like "Microsoft JDBC Driver for SQL Server on SERVER4 is connected to the company database; close this program then open "Quick Copy".

To fix this error i just restart License Manager and the SQL Server(MSSQLSERVER) services,then i was successfully import those PLDs with the use of quick copy.

After that i observe that the Clients are took too much time to login(approx 5min.,).But in past days whenever i got the above error,i just follow the above mentioned solution and every thing working fine.

I would like to know,is it because of restart the above mentioned services or else?

I am also restart the server and the services.But the problem still occur.

Please let me know the your valuable suggestion to fix this problem.
