Conversion Issue

Hello, I have a query about currency conversion. we have our company in different countries. so i want to show the amount in dollars but they are coming from different countries and stored in different currencies too. Do I need to store those currencies in my infocube?

I went to the formula and clicked on Conversion but every thing is greyed out. can some one help with this?
