upgraded Flash Player broke Crystal Dashboard Design 4

After upgraded Adobe Flash Player 13 to Flash Player 14, we now have problem with all existing dashboards appear blank in PowerPoint.

Environment:

Crystal Xcelsius Dashboards Design, verion 6.0.4.0, Build 14.0.4.738

Office 2013

Windows 7, 64bit

Adobe Flsas Player 14.0.0.125

Hi ,

I guess there are some problem with Adobe flash player 14.
Check the below link :

Also try to save as the ppt in .pptm format and see if the dashboard loads up.

Girish: I downgraded to Flash Player 13 for now and waiting for a fix from Adobe.
