Importing users from Windows AD

We are running SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 2 Patch 1:

I have setup the import users from AD which works, the
issues is went the system creates the users account the system doesn't automatically
give the user security access to their personal folder, personal categories and
their inbox. So, until I give each user full access to their above 3 folders
they are unable to log in to the SAP Business object site. We use the SharePoint
integrator so that the interface is shown inside SharePoint in order to use
Single Sign on. In our old 2008 server the import feature work great so does
anyone know if I am missing a setting or maybe this has been addressed in a
service pack
