Get rid of Safe mode

Hello everybody,

after a aborted upgrade of the portal platform the J2EE Server still remains in Safe mode. How can get rid of that and return it to normal mode?

    Hi Markus,

I hope that you are already on SP13, for before you may have some trouble to change it back, see SAP note 855186: "Config Tool: Safe mode can be managed via config tool and batchconfig". I'm unsure what's behind these words, but it sounds like trouble.

So you can use the ConfigTool, start it, "File", "Safe Mode", set it to "No" on all instances, push "Apply Changes" (the disk symbol).

    Hope it helps
