GJRC cash call reclassification isn't working-JVA

Hello- I am trying to do a cash call reclassification, but it isn't working.

Here are my steps

1- GJ02- Create a cash call- Billing month Jan, operations month Feb

Dr partner billing indicator 1 for 1000$ recon account 140000

CR partner billing indicator 24 special g/l indicator 8 recon account 1400005

2- Post an incoming payment for 1000$

3- GJRC cash call reclassification- I am trying to apply the cash call of Jan to Feb to determine my over/under position, but it always says no data selected.

GJRC picks data from the 4b ledger right? is it looking for a certain recovery indicator?

What settings could be wrong that nothing picks up in GJRC?
