Solman 7.1 :Solution Documentation _ Mainteance Project

Good Morning  Experts ,

Please can you someone advise on the way foward to the following discussion :

I am a resource support project

the business now wants to upload their IT specification and user documents in Solution Manager

the project was not initial implemented with Solman and hence the processes are not defined in solman

what will be he best way foward or a starting point

Hi Haseena ,

Thanks for the very fast response

we are using solman 7.1 to do BPMon currently

but as i said the original project was not implemented with sol man ie ASAP blueprint

the systems is now 10 years live and there is plenty of technical and functional document in another application which has reached the end of its lifespan

so i am looking at the suggesstion of mplement SOlution document in Solman where we can save thier documents

i will read feverishly what info SAP has on the link you sent me

my question now based on what you read in my response, can i use Solution documentation for this requirement
