EMAIL GOING TO WRONG PERSON FOR APPROVING

Hi Experts,

Some one please help regarding my issue.

We are using SAP SRM 7.2 Classic scenario. we are /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND program

1) Requester created a shopping cart.

2) SC going to 2 users for approval.

3) one user is a actual user and other user is not the approver

4) The actual user can able to approve the SC and all the process is carried out.

5) the other user is not having any details in SRM.

6)when I checked in SOST the email is showing with actual user email id.

7) When I check the display document for the SC and in the recipient list tab it is showing with the wrong approver name user.In the bottom of the recipent list

"wrong User name via internet (Actual username emailid)" is maintained.

8) I checked with other SC only the apporver name is avaliable not via internet is not connected

9) I did checked the subsitute is not maintained.

10) Both the Actual approver and wrong approver are working for different company codes.
