Mobile Sales User creation

Dear Colleagues,

Just installed Mobile sales (lastop based solution). Now while loging in in mobile Sales application, it ask for login user and password. I just lost touch with mobile sales since long time....<b>Please do tell me where we have to craet this user and password</b>.
