SmartForms table header overflow

Hello

I have a smartform with a Table in the Main Window. Within the table I'm using Header for my Headings. Works fine on 1st Page but on overflow the Text does not print for my Headings just blanks followed by my detail data, everything is fine on 2nd page but no headings. How do I get Header Text to print on Page Overflow?
