BO4 - Excel-based data providers not working

Hi,

Have created some reports in webi rich client and trying to schedule these.

The files concerned exist on a newtork share (drive) U.

server also has drive mapped to drive U but when schedule them get message below

The file that is required to refresh the query cannot be found on the file system. File not found: "U:\<filename>.xlsx" (IES 10851)

Tried .xls and .xlls same bahviour - any ideas?

It works when use a unc pathname
