Reports not working from Rich client

Hi ,

When i am running my reports from webi , they are working fine no issue.

But when i am trying to create a new connection in universe i am getting error

I have tried to create report from rich client and its giving error.

I have re-installed my oracle 10g client driverse , check for the PATH , ORACLE_HOME , ORACLE_BASE variables all seems fine.

Dont know what is happening.

Hi All,

Issue is resolved.

I have followed below steps.

1. Re-installed the Oracle driver

2. Re-installed the .NET framework shifted to 3.5 from 4.0.

3. Created the System DSN as per the connection Name

4. Uninstalled the client setup

5. Re-installed the client setup.

It worked fine after Step 5.

Hi Roshan,

You can resolve this by checking corresponding dlls related to database in working system and nonworking system and add dlls in nonworking system under the following path:

installation directory\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 6\dataAccess\RDBMS\connectionServer

I have repair my installable and after that error got changed
