Hi,

1. Recently any chnage's/transports were done on your process chain?

Can you check your backend job status was released or schedule?

if its in schedule then you need to make it as released, later you can actiavte your chain and execute it.

it will run as you need.

2. Can you check your process chian(start varaint)--> right click--> display varaint-->change selection-->check fot period values are saved or not.

Mean if your chain need to run on daily basis at 10:00AMIST then on TImne tab you need to have 10:00:00AM IST and period value - Daily basis, save, back and save .

actiavte your chain and execute it. it will run on next day 10:00:00AM IST.

Thanks

Hi Raman,

No changes have been made to this system for the last 2 years, this issue is coming for last few days.

Also, this chain are being triggered by Maestro.

Thanks.

Hi Subbarao,

I checked the thread that you have given and did execute the process chain from the program "RSPROCESS" and it went successfully, but for some extraction job, it is going to ready status. I manually activated the job where it throwed the below error

Then I repeated the process it went successfully.

Secondly after whole of the process chain went successfully, I tried to trigger the chain again and again the same issue as described above.

Also I checked the t-code: SM65 (as mentioned in the thread) and got the below result:

Thanks.
