Report export to Excel, rows with no data shows up

Hi experts,

Here I am again, I am having a problem on exporting report data to excel file. Upon generation rows with no data appears. How could I eliminate that to happen? Or am I going to manually delete those rows that has no data? Btw, I already adjusted it on the crystal report and still no progress from eliminating those rows.
