Sale order conditions less decimals problem

Hello Experts,

We want to use a condition for freight which is a proportionate on Gross value but the factor has many decimals but default decimal allowed is only 3.

E.G Gross value 1000000 the factor for freight is 0.00851 so the freight value should be 8510 but the value flows is 9000. How to deal with this.

If we increase the decimals it will lead to complications so we dont want to increase the decimals.

How else the problem could be addressed.

Regards,

As Siva mention try to use Rounding option B in Condition type configuration, if not satisfying your need then talk to your ABAPer to create Routine to calculation the required round up, please let me know if any one works for you.

Hi,

Please check your Rounding Rule that is mentioned in your Frieght condition type

if it is blank it copies the same value with one decimal value increasing

others or A and B which rounds the value Up and Down

i think in your case you better opt for B option

Hi Siva,

Thanks for your reply.

We dont want any rounding. We want actual value calculated from exact number of decimals as I mentioned in my query.

We thought of using Parts per million so that 0.00851 will become 8510 PPM. But calculation type allows only % there is no calculation type like PPM. Kindly let us know whether PPM is feasible if so How?

Thanks and regards,
